Victoria is an energetic, happy beam of sunshine. Tylor is more reserved, kind of quiet and sincere. When they’re in a room together, Tylor can’t take his eyes off of Victoria and she just shines. It’s beautiful.
Victoria and Tylor had originally planned their wedding for October 2014 at Della Terra in Estes Park. Then at the end of 2013, Tylor was informed that he was being stationed in Japan in May. With help from their friends and family, they were able to plan an amazing wedding in as little as three months.
Some brides would die if this happened but Victoria went into wedding planning overdrive, and let me tell you, she didn’t miss a beat. They were married at the beautiful Chateaux at Fox Meadows in Broomfield, Colorado. Their food – AMAZING. It included dinner, dessert, a candy bar and a taco bar. She provided crayons and coloring books for the kids. She even included her deceased loved ones by honoring them with their own chair and a red rose during her ceremony. And my favorite part, she had an unplugged ceremony.
She and her family also did a ton of the work themselves. They made the bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces, her sister made the garter and Victoria did her flower girls hair and make-up.
Then, on her wedding day, she was one of the calmest, happiest brides I’ve ever had the honor to photograph.
This was one amazing wedding and I am so happy to have been a part of it.
Victoria and Tylor – I wish you the best of luck in Japan and in life. Please keep in touch through your journey!
