I met Sarah and Almir on their wedding day. They showed up at Dillon Lake together, all smiles, with Sarah running around as if nothing in the world could phase her. She was marrying the love of her life and she was bursting at the seams with excitement. Sarah’s family joined them, and everyone was smiling. You couldn’t help it, Sarah’s excitement was contagious.
This is why I LOVE elopements. You get to marry your soulmate, at an amazing location, without having to worry about logistics, 200 guests or anything going wrong. It’s all about you, celebrating your life together and having a great time.
Sarah and Almir picked Giberson Bay on Lake Dillon for their Colorado Elopement. The drove in from Nebraska a few days before and checked out a few locations. Based on the time of their ceremony, I suggested they stay on the northwest edge of the lake, and they found the cutest little location. It was perfect!
“It was an absolute pleasure working with Rayna and her second photographer! Our special day was so enjoyable and fun and we will always be able to remember it every time we look at our pictures.” – Sarah and Almir, Weddingwire
