Colorado Wedding Photography at the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel | Brittany and Jared
We’ve all heard it before- don’t worry, it’ll be okay, it’ll work out. Those words echoed at Brittany and Jared’s wedding, as dark clouds moved in and it started to pour just an hour before their ceremony start time. And then I found myself saying it too, and then I started believing it and then the rain stopped, five minutes before go time.
For an hour, all the guests, the bridal party and vendors huddled up at the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel, fingers crossed that the skies would clear. The moment the rain stopped, we all rain outside with umbrella’s ready to go, not knowing when the rain would start again.
And it did, but not until after the ceremony and all formal portraits were done. Their wedding was a huge success, full of sweet moments and laughter and in the end, it really did work out.
Brittany and Jared, I can’t thank you enough for including me in your day. You had an amazing ceremony, an entertaining bridal party (wait for it) and you were both so fun to work with!
Okay, photo time.
Check out those Texas Style Suspenders! Brittany and Jared actually live in Texas, so they brought some details from their home state to help spruce up their destination wedding.
I LOVED Brittany’s wedding bouquet by Amore Fiori. The pops of yellow are just perfect.
Yes, dippindots at a wedding. It can be done!
